A new anti-bribery law has come in to place in the UK from 1st July 2011 that applies not just in the UK but to all Technetix operations globally.
Technetix is and has always been committed to applying the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in its business activities everywhere it operates. Technetix benefits from carrying out business in a transparent and ethical way - we always win by being best both in our products and service. This transparent, fair business conduct helps to foster deeper relationships of trust between Technetix and our business partners and customers; this is vital to our reputation and future growth and we strongly believe is and has always been the best way to be successful.
Every employee and every individual who is acting on behalf of Technetix is responsible for maintaining our reputation and for conducting company business honestly and professionally. Technetix does not tolerate any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect by, or of, its employees, officers, agents, consultants or any persons or comapanies acting for it or on its behalf.
Technetix has issued a new anti-bribery policy outlining the organisation's position on preventing and prohibiting bribery. This policy applies to all employees of all Technetix group companies, as well as agency workers, consultatnts and contractors worldwide. Training on the new anti-bribery policy will be provided to all employees in the coming months. The Board and senior management are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems throughout the organisation to prevent, monitor and eliminate bribery.
